FAQ
What does the free trial include?
The free trial includes 14 days of access to all of our DesignSpec Complete features! This includes spec writing, creating budgets and quotes, along with reports and procurement.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to start a subscription. You have the choice of signing up for DesignSpec Studio or DesignSpec Complete. Once you have started your paid subscription, all of the information you entered in the free trial will continue to be on your account.
How many accounts should my company sign up for?
Only one account is needed per company, the account owner can add as many users as needed. Each user will have their own login name and password, and will be able to access all of the project information on your company account.
How do I invite other users to my account?
After signing in, you can invite others to join your account by clicking on your design firm name in the top right corner. In the Users tab, enter the invitees email address, and they will be sent a link to set up their login name and password.
How does the payment structure work?
Payments are month to month or annually. The account holder has the ability to add or remove users as they see fit, and your account will only be charged the monthly fee per user. Please note you will also need to update the number of licensed users in your subscription from the Billing screen in order to change your billed amount. All users will be priced at the same level in your account, whether it is DesignSpec Studio or Complete.
